We don’t have to constantly search, seek, struggle.
Change, growth, and novelty are parts of life, until the end…
… but we do not have to search for a final destination.
A definitive resting place.
Our bodies are the resting place.
We are already home.
We can rest now.
Reaching finality is rarely what we actually want.
It’s finding home in our bodies.
Reaching ease within ourselves, rather than running in circles, in search of what we think we need to feel whole.
We can take adventures, learn new things, and open our eyes in wonder to new ways…
… but we do not have to constantly be on an expedition, a grave search.
We’ve already arrived.
It’s safe to rest now.
To take pleasure now.
To allow ourselves to just be, now.
With love,
Lula
