I LOVE to cook, and there are some nights when I don’t want to go anywhere near my kitchen. Fine dining is pretty simple when it comes to getting a quality meal – and I love it – but the casual dining scene is a little more difficult to navigate when you’re craving taste and some substance.

Takeout options have improved greatly in the past few years – did you know that Chipotle serves tofu sofritas? Tofu is no angel – soy can be difficult for many people to digest and can mess with hormones, especially in females – but it’s a great option for vegans or people looking for a lighter option, and a huge signifier of an improved fast food scape.

A lot of people always end up falling back on Seamless and beat themselves up, and I’m here to tell you that that’s totally unnecessary and really counterintuitive for your health. Love and respect yourself and trust that you’re doing your best in each moment.
