This makes me laugh – one of my first ever recipe posts: Simple Kale Superfood Soup. 🙂
Have you seen it?
Yes, that’s an iPhone photo, but I still make it all the time and get notes from readers who love it.
Today, I want to share a few of my favorite recipes with you in celebration of how far I’ve come in my work since that first recipe post.
But first, I need to thank you deeply for being a part of my world. I’m super grateful to have you here and share the things I love and what I know about integrative health and life with you.
Since that early post, my inner circle (newsletter list) – has grown by 508%.
No – that’s not a typo. Five hundred and eight percent. WOW.
To celebrate, I’m sharing three of my favorite recipes with you:
1. If you just want a great cookie, try my Kitchen Sink Cookies. They’re the perfect combo of sweet and salty. I also talk about HOW I eat dessert in this post – it’s a total game-changer. Particularly GORGEOUS photography on this one, too.
2. Everyone loves a good snack that’s new & exciting, not over-used and boring. Try my Chickpea “Trail Mix” and tell me what you think.
3. Sometimes, you just need a grass-fed steak. Try this simple, delicious recipe, especially if you’re hesitant about cooking meat. This makes it easy: Grassfed “Super Gaucho” Style Steak.
Oh, and bonus, if you just need a simple dinner recipe for tonight, try this. It never fails.
I truly believe that everyone who’s willing can heal their physical, mental, and emotional bodies through food, freedom of expression, connection, pleasure, and an intentional lifestyle. And yes, lose weight and clear up chronic skin conditions, indigestion, hormonal imbalance, and fatigue.
By being a part of my community, you’re standing behind that belief too, so THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart.
Enjoy these recipes, tell me how it goes when you make them, and have a beautiful week!
All my love and gratitude,
Lula
