For the first time I felt completely at peace in my body, calm, and sexy.

I used to feel like I was a victim to the holidays and just accept that I would feel bloated, weighed down, and exhausted for a couple months every year.
I didn’t think there was anything I could do about it until I developed the system I use now to eat whatever I want and still feel great in my body, energized, and calm.

I’m offering single sessions and three session packages for a short period of time, through December 16th.
I usually require a 6 or 12 month commitment to work with me, with a total price tag of 4k-7k and up.

We’ll also rewire your brain to view food as your friend, not your enemy, so you can start loving your body no matter what you eat.
I want you to feel amazing without having to give up gluten, dairy, sugar, or alcohol.
The only time I have clients leave these items off their plate is when we together identify a legitimate allergy, intolerance, or sensitivity, which is actually rare.
Otherwise, I don’t recommend avoiding any food group.
