Winter is a super magical time – snowflakes, Christmas time, fancy store windows and delicious, warming meals.

Regardless of all this beauty, it can also be a difficult time for a lot of people. Cold temperatures and busy schedules can be hard to handle, but with a few key tools you can breeze right through till spring, and even guide yourself to really enjoy the frigid months.
