How To Feel Settled and Satisfied After Meals

A lot of women I speak to have trouble with either:

1. Never feeling quite satisfied after meals, always wanting a little something more.

2. Feeling uncomfortably full after meals, in a shame spiral on the couch.

I was an everyday overeater for years, then dealt with more severe restrict-binge cycles.

One of the roots of the under-over rollercoaster with food is the restrictive mindset most of us have been steeped in.

It’s unavoidable, still…

“Good” foods, “bad” foods…

“Clean” eating, “plant based”…

… no matter how seemingly harmless and unrelated to weight, these labels create tension in our bodies.

You might find yourself wondering

Am I eating clean enough?

Was today mostly plant based?

Should I be eating completely differently?

Am I messing this up?

Will I ever feel good in my body?

Tension builds until we break.

Whether it’s through overeating, alcohol, or shopping… we crave that release.

Today, I have completely lost the overeating “gene.”

I never feel uncomfortable after meals… yet I eat whatever I want, in any amount I desire.

I am a full intuitive eater, and a testament to the fact that you can truly dissolve the good-bad mentality and still feel great in your body + clothes.

Over the past 10 years I’ve been coaching women to heal their relationship with food and their body through intuitive eating.

A big part of that is navigating overeating.

In October I’m teaching a brand new live master class:

SATISFIED
Free yourself from overeating, for good.

If you’ve been struggling with this, I would love to see you there + support you on your path.

We’ll be talking about the emotional and nutritional aspects of feeling satisfied after meals, how to balance out overeating, and so much more.
