This is a question I get a lot: How can you hear your intuition?

Let your mind rest so your soul can speak.

Soul. Intuition. Instinct. They’re deeply connected. We can’t hear them well when the mind is running.

I used to spend a large percentage of the day analyzing what I’d eaten so far, what I was “allowed” to eat later, and what the scale might read the next morning.

In my experience, food struggles and disorders are based in the mind.

To disconnect from analysis and hear your intuition, daily embodiment is necessary.

Doing activities that get you out of your head and into your body – meditation, movement, and orgasm, for example.

Tomorrow, in the Mechanics of Intuitive Eating master class, one of the things we’re going to talk about is integrating true embodiment, rather than mechanically working out or meditating.

>> Get the full details here.

We’re going to peel back the layers and get to the heart of it.

Because self-care is not really about yoga, bubble baths, and face masks.

It’s about boundaries. It’s about listening to and respecting your soul. It’s about communicating your needs. It’s about asking for help.

I’ve made a complete 180 degree shift in this area.

I went from being stuck in my head to hearing my soul and healing from years of disordered eating and self-destruction.

From constant food and body analysis to deep trust in myself and my intuition.

I can hear what my body is asking for, and I can honor her. I can honor myself.

If you want this too, I’d love to see you inside the Mechanics of Intuitive Eating master class tomorrow.

Enrollment closes at midnight EST tonight, so I can prepare the energetic container and send logistics to the humans who have said yes.

I cannot wait to share this with you.

I want this for you, and I know it’s possible for you.

If you can’t make it live tomorrow, you’ll receive a recording.

With love,
Lula
