The 3 Body Parts I Use To Judge The Most

I’ve always really LIKED my body on a fundamental level, even when I felt like I didn’t look great…

… and even in past moments of deep judgment of my stomach, arms, or round face – the three body parts I use to judge the MOST.

Still, there was this puzzling duality of really liking myself and enjoying my body.

Two narratives running at the same time.

It makes sense.

Because fundamentally, we are good and lovable.

Even when we’re not “perfect.”

But outside voices and media tell us we’re not good enough, and we can’t love ourselves until we look a certain way.

F*ck that.

You get to feel good now, and celebrate your body now.

And if you want to make a shift – energetically, physically, or emotionally – fully accepting your current state is a non-negotiable precursor.

We can’t change anything from a place of self-judgment or disgust.

We can’t shift anything when we’re in the midst of a battle with our bodies.

Because we’ll always want to rebel, to sabotage ourselves…

… because we’re acting as our own enemy.

Find unconditional love for yourself today, right now, even if you feel heavy, even if you feel sick, even if you feel like you f*cked everything up and it’s all your fault.

You are still fundamentally lovable, and beautiful, and worthy of everything you want.

And when you embody that, everything you want is coming.

Love,
Lula
