Whenever I’m feeling pressure on the physical plane – to find a new apartment, make a career shift, resolve a relationship challenge…

… I drop into pleasure and relaxation.

I plug into nature and restoration:

Beach days, long jungle bike rides, massages, unstructured time, nothing on my calendar.

Sounds counterintuitive, right?

Shouldn’t I be buckling down, sitting at my computer searching?

Studying social media for 12 hours a day?

Jumping into tough conversations right away?

In most cases, no. 

It’s very difficult to attract what you want from a tight vessel.

When you allow your body to unwind, creative solutions flow through.

Practical solutions.

Every time.

You might be able to attract bread crumbs (relative to what’s possible) from tightness, tension, a furrowed brow, a place of fear.

But in unwinding, the whole loaf falls into your lap.

This took time and trust for me to fully integrate, but it keeps proving itself, over and over.
