I’m not here to change myself, I’m here to celebrate myself…
… and that in itself is the change.
A lot of people want us to believe we need to change ourselves, because in doing so we fuel the economy.
If there’s nothing to change, there are thousands of products that would never be purchased.
Celebrating ourselves, loving ourselves is an act of sacred rebellion.
From that place of celebration and self-love, we get to delight in the things we want to ADD to our lives…
… the spaces we want to expand into, because it feels really good, not because we need to change anything about ourselves.
Not because we are innately wrong, because we are not innately wrong.
We are innately whole, worthy, and lovable.
True growth can only spring from self-love, not shame.
Growth through shame almost always backfires, while growth through self-love guides us into the deepest, richest, and most delightful experience of ourselves and the world.
Today, how are you celebrating yourself?
How can you ride that momentum into your next natural shift?

We are always growing and evolving, but the mindset of needing to change yourself doesn’t serve that process.
Integrating growth through self-love is an unlearning process, and just by reading this post you’re beginning to rewire your neural circuitry.
You’re seeing that there’s a different way, and for that I’m celebrating you.
Much love,
Lula
One of my favorite songs.
Free of all her guilt.
Rid of all her shame.
What song? 🙂
