What Happened When I Got Tired of Manifesting

A few months ago I got kind of tired of manifesting.

Setting goals.

Journaling.

Morning practices…

… and I started manifesting more than I ever have. 😂

The dreamiest clients, major business growth (2x), fun + intellectually-stimulating dates, sublime + easy travel, specifically.

I’m learning that the law of attraction is a relaxed nervous system.

Detachment.

Standards.

Integrated joy and freedom.

I’m not saying you should never intentionally manifest, or set goals, or journal, or do a morning practice.

I’m saying it doesn’t really work to do these things from a place of tightness or rigidity.

It’s easy to want or need a manifestation too much.

To hold on too tightly, even if only subconsciously.

Even if we’re journaling about how much we’re letting go…

Even if we’re actively trying to let go throughout each day…

… sometimes the nervous system needs more of a full release.

Dropping the goal.

The practice.

Any rigidity.

Just being, exactly as you are.

Being in your joy, sadness, or hope.

Allowing yourself to integrate.

Being where you are…

… and naturally attracting what’s meant for you.

What wants you back.

What YOU genuinely want, and what you’re genuinely equipped to handle in your current season of life.

Being with more joy and abundance can be just as big of a learning curve as being with sadness or scarcity.

The nervous system just reads “Change, run!” even if it’s a positive change… and we guide ourselves back to truth, we train ourselves to handle more joy.

We expand our nervous systems. Our capacity for pleasure.

The more you can be where you are, the less tension and backed-up emotions you’ll have, and the more open you’ll be to see what’s already there for you.

You don’t always have to work so hard.

Leaning back is essential.

Breathing. Being. Enjoying every step.

With love,
Lula
