Food is your executive assistant.

Your greatest support.

Your consensual b*tch — who you adore and deeply respect.

But you’re the boss.

You are not a victim of food.

Food cannot trick you or sabotage you.

But it can feel like that until you unf*ck your mind, rewire your beliefs, and repair your relationship with food.

The same way we can lose our innate essence as we grow up, our relationship with food can get f*cked up.

It’s an unlearning that needs to happen.

A return to intuitive eating, and a deep dive into the exact foods that work for your unique body.

Here’s the thing: Animals and children know exactly what their bodies need.

They respond and calibrate at every meal.

Well-meaning – yet misinformed –  people, diets, and media sources screw that up for a lot of people, especially women.

You CAN get back to using food for nourishment, support, and pleasure. And you don’t have to sacrifice your body goals to do that.

Food is not the enemy, and it does not have inherent power over you. We assign it power.

Food is not a person – it’s fuel and pleasure that you have complete power over.

But I know how deeeeeply the opposite it can feel.

Food used to control me. I was in extreme restrict-binge-purge cycles for almost 10 years, and even when a size 00 was hanging off my butt, I still wasn’t happy with my body.

When I got on my own team, started showing myself unconditional love every day, and learned the foods, routines, and rituals that support my body best, I found complete freedom with food.

And that’s what my clients master through deep mindset coaching, practical strategies, and the most nourishing, unique-to-you food recommendations.

You can too.

Do you feel like it’s you against food?

Like food might suck you in and sabotage you?

Try playing with the idea that food is your executive assistant – and your b*tch – and let me know how it feels.

So much love,
Lula
