Just because your body does not match the beauty standard…

But if it’s someone with a larger body, the cultural assumption is that they should be “working on themselves.”

The truth is that anyone can choose ease.

Anyone can free themselves from the hamster wheel of trying to “improve.”

Anyone can choose to just be.

That’s not to say cultural conditioning doesn’t make it more challenging for some people to “just be,” but let’s remember our agency.

Our power.

When we shift the focus to nourishing ourselves – to supporting our life force – we return to self-love.

We take our power back.

When we move, breathe, and eat in a way that feels good now, we start to enjoy our innate beauty in a whole new way.

When we focus on the way we feel, and the way we care for ourselves – rather than “working” to look different or better – everything aligns.

The emotional.

Mental.

Physical.

It’s safe to release the energy of fixing.

To release the grip you might have on changing yourself.

It’s safe to enjoy yourself today – right now – and it’s safe to take the absolute best care of yourself.
