When we trigger people, we’re showing them what they want to look at or amplify in themselves.

When we’re triggered, we’re being shown our deepest desires, and what’s possible for us, too, reflected in someone else.

Our triggers show us the exact spots we can grow and heal.

Getting triggered is such a gift.

And it is safe. You are safe to let go into your full energy and vitality. And you are loved.
