It becomes deeply joyful to make choices that actually serve you, that support your body, that support your life, and that support the planet.

When you begin to follow your intuition, you might not feel 100% on point right away.

If you don’t feel fully connected right away, there’s nothing wrong with that.

Most of the world around us teaches us to doubt ourselves.

Hearing your intuition and trusting it is a muscle that can be strengthened…

… and sometimes, it needs to be built from the ground up – like when you start a new type of workout and discover muscles you didn’t know existed.

Pro tip: Allow yourself to mess up, and remind yourself that getting it wrong is part of the learning process.
