For me, today, overeating would literally feel like trying to fit a square peg into a round hole that’s made of steel.
I compulsively ate and overate throughout my teens and early 20s… because I was constantly trying to restrict and control myself.
Today, I never feel a desire to overeat. Not because I’ve mastered self-control, but because I’ve mastered food and body freedom.
Overeating is not your inherent nature, no matter how young it may have started for you.
All human bodies have a set point — a natural and loving “no more” to food.
When we release restriction, address emotions, and learn the foods that truly work for us, overeating falls away.
It’s your birthright to feel good in your body, and you don’t have to figure out how on your own.
If you want support, I’m currently enrolling 2 private clients in ACTIVATE.
This is my health coaching program for women who want to master intuitive eating without giving up their health and body goals.
